I update my google softwares and also update my device then my problem automatically solved due to updating my infinix device.
Sometime devices gone very old when you use it continuesly without updates. Then your apps automatically tired and do not recognize some data. Thats why we should update device with in a month and try to restart device. Updated devices work perfecty and give us quickly response. If your device slow then it cannot provide you fast result. This trick not work only in infinix, you can try this tricks other devices.
What is OTG?
First you need to know about OTG option. OTG is a device connector option in which you will try to connect usb through otg. If you need to connect your usb and need to transfer data, then you will able to transfer data through otg option. OTG option is basically used for transfer data from device to usb and also usb to device.
Which Devices OTG not working?
Some devices otg not working because these types of devices are old and also install old versions in operating system and these devices also work in old operating systems.
How To Check Your Devices is Supported OTG or Not?
If you want to check your device is supported otg or not then you will open mobile setting and select connections options. Here you can find OTG option, if you not find OTG option there then your device is not compatible for OTG.
Fix OTG Problem Infinix Mobiles
- Open Mobile Settings and select My Phone
- Now you click on Android Verion
- Then you select Google Play System Update and also update the google play system
- Now come to the settings and scroll down
- Select system settings
- Now Click on System Update and update your infinix device if your device is not updated
- Now restart your infinix device
- Select infinix mobile settings after restart
- Now find developer option, if developer option is enable then click on off and disable in it
- Now select connected device option
- Enable the OTG option
- Now your otg work
If you follow my method then your otg error's automatically fix due to settings updates and now you can connect your usb with infinix mobile but enable the OTG option in settings then connect usb on mobile.
